Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any service with Saubhagya Ratnam.

1. Services
Saubhagya Ratnam provides astrology consultations, aura scanning, and energy guidance services. These services are intended for personal insight and spiritual guidance only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Booking & Appointments
– All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.

– You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
– Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance will not be entertained.

4. Cancellation Policy
– Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be eligible for credit towards a future session.
– Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Results
Astrology and aura readings are based on ancient knowledge systems and personal interpretation. Results and insights shared during sessions are for guidance purposes only. Saubhagya Ratnam does not guarantee specific outcomes.
