REFUND POLICY

At Saubhagya Ratnam, we value your trust and aim to provide meaningful and personalised sessions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

Non-Refundable Sessions
All consultation sessions — including astrology readings, aura scans, and remedial consultations — are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once, at least 12 hours before the scheduled session time.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that a session cannot be conducted due to reasons on our end (technical failure, unavailability), you will be offered:
– A full reschedule at a time of your convenience, or
– A complete refund processed within 7 working days.

Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged twice for the same booking due to a technical error, please contact us immediately and we will process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5-7 working days.
